Retained
Need urgent, sensitive, or confidential positions filled? A retained search is the best option. Results are guaranteed and you become top priority for all searching resources. An upfront retainer is paid to begin searching, with a second fee once a certain number of qualified candidates have been presented, and final payment is due once the search has been completed.
Contract Staffing
Do you have a shorter term project, need part-time help, or an option to get around increasing permanent employee headcount? Contractors/consultants are a great solution.
